I lost my AP card while I am traveling outside. I call USCIS,Embassy, and CBP, everything,  even I was in airport. CBP denied... embassy said we are not uscis, call embassy. Uscis said call cbp, cbp told me call to embassy. Everybody don't give an answer. No way to comeback usa???should I think about tour visa?

Sorry, you have no chances of getting a tourist visa with immigrant intent.

You need to contact the US Embassy for travel documents.
