Hi.

i wanted share my story and if anyone can help to me . i ll be happy.

i just got married on 2018 and my wife and I are marry almost 3 years now. so we just got 2 immigration officers ( ladies ) at early morning around 7:30 am on our home. they paunch to door and our basemant windows to woke up to us . they were hell rude.  honestly i didnt heard to them. so my wife was not at home at this point. her mom is elder. she went to help to her. when i openned to door , i was real scary about to see them. they asked me where is your wife? i told , i dropped to her at her mom home. what time ? around 7am - 7:10am ( but i dropped to her last night ) and than they ask some questions too. after that second immigration officers checked to my car about engine is hot or not. than she told other officer , his car engine is cold  so they asked to me where is your wife mothers home? i told them where she is living . than they go to check my wife. and this point , my wife told them . i came to home with Uber. immgration officers saying , your husband told us , he dropped you here with car not with uber. you are lying to us. than they say , you never live and sharing life with your husband. officers told my wife , we will send you a letter. in this point what we can do it?

is this done with everythings..?

and also i gave to officers correct asnwer when she asked to me alot of questions. but she didnt understand me correctly . she just wrote on her own notebook wrong information.

in this case , our marriage is done or what is point there?

Yes, they believe you are lying to them.

Your wife said she took an Uber to her mom's home.  You said you drove her.  Both can not be the truth.  One has to be a lie.

You said you dropped her off at 7am to 10am, but the engine was cold.  Then you mentioned dropping her off the night before.  She said she took Uber.  Both people can not be telling the truth.

Your AOS could be deny and you could be put into deportation proceedings.

First Imigration rule: NEVER LIE!

I hope you can overturn this situation but like others suggested is good to contact your lawyer.

Good luck

You dug your own grave, a lot of red flags and your story didn’t match your wife’s. Sorry but the nightmare is just beginning.
