Toronto passport photo during lockdown?

Posting this question as a new post instead of adding to the super long thread so hopefully it's easier to find for others. 

 

Toronto & Ontario are still under lockdown and my interview is Feb 8. I have my medical booked with Dr Mascarenhas, and his site says I need to have a photo with me. I'm not able to find any place that's open for photos. 

 

Has anyone else had this issue and/or found a place in TO?

What about Shoppers Drugmart? I'm in London Ontario but I am pretty sure pharmacies are open as people still need those. Shoppers here does passport photos. Also Staples if you called and told them your situation maybe they would let you book a time to get one done?

 

I went to Dr. Zatsman in the Toronto area for our medicals (unfortunately our interview was canceled 5 days before cause of the pandemic last March and we have to do them again)  but he did the photos for us right there in his office. He said as long as you had a D-260 with NVC we didn't need our own photos.
