Hey it is a stressful process, all that documentation, then the long wait. You just have to try to relax and be patient, no need to work yourself up, wouldn't speed up the process .

So in general, it took about 4 weeks from when my application arrived at their office for me to get the notification letters. I hope this helps those still waiting for theirs, to get a better estimate as to when they should be hearing back from USCIS.  I will provide more updates as I move along. 

Thanks for sharing the timeline! It really helps to get a sense where things are moving. BTW, I don't see you mentioning any text notification? I suppose you didn't fill G-1145?

I actually did, but I can’t recall the exact date I received the notification.

I actually did, here is my revised timeline:

 

- Jan 22 2021: shipped out packet to Chicago office 

- Jan 25 2021: Package delivered to USCIS office 

- Feb 16 2021: Account debited for application by USCIS 

- Feb 22 2021: Notification letters received in mailbox 

- March 15 2021: Fingerprint done in New York 

- April 13 2021: Interview Scheduled for I-486 and I-130

- April 13 2021: EAD status changed to "Case has been approved"

- April 15 2021: EAD status changed to " Card was produced"

Wow! Congratulations on how quickly yours is moving.  We have had nothing since the NOA1. However -- and I don't know if this makes any difference -- we're adjusting from an L1 not a K1.

Thank you, and like you I don't know if this makes any difference but I was adjusting from H1B not K1.

Oh wow! That does make me feel optimistic.  Although my husband doesn't need for this to go particularly fast because he can already travel/work/drive/etc. on the L1, it would be good to just have it behind us.
