Quarantine Ahead of Interview

Our country does not process immigrant visa so we are currently scheduled for an interview in neighboring Paris. We plan on driving and are wondering what they will ask for as proof of quarantine. The site states the following:

 

The U.S. Embassy in Paris continues to follow procedures that prioritize the health and safety of our applicants and our employees.  As a part of these efforts, any applicants who have traveled outside of France in the prior 10 days will not be admitted for their appointment and will be asked to reschedule for a future date.  Additionally, and as a reminder, the U.S. Embassy in Paris only accepts applications from persons who are physically in France and Monaco.  Applicants outside of France should make an appointment with the Embassy where they are currently located.

reading your post it looks like you have to prove (by hotel reservations or flight into one of these 2 countries) that you have been in them for 10 days prior to the interview or wait to schedule in Portugal

Interview was in a different country, but US Embassy wanted 14 day quarantine in country.  Proof was the entry stamp in passport.

“Passed” interview, but was hit with DS-5535 cause from Iraq. Process complete in Feb, but then sent into AP again for unknown reason
