Greetings!
My wife and I received a message on 1/4/2021 stating we are ready to be scheduled for an interview for our green card. We are still awaiting the letter stating when we are scheduled for the interview.

Any advise on how long this might take to receive a scheduled date?
Thank you in advance...

Usually, it is about 5-7 working days. You should call USCIS and check. The time between the notification and the actual interview day is usually, more or less 30 days. Mine was about 33 days, considering there was the holiday season.

From ready to schedule to interview being scheduled depends completely on the local office.   Can be three mos. to possibly up to two years

YMMV

My apologies. You will get an updated notification, mine took about 2 months from the Biometrics. It will say something like below,

On XXXXX date, we scheduled an interview for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number XXXXXXXXXXXXX. We will mail you an interview notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

“Scheduled” and “Ready to be scheduled” are not the same.
