Visa for my daughter

Hi everyone! I posted some questions about my daughter 's case which is moving but slowly. We petitioned for her in 2013. Finally, we are now almost at the last stage of getting her visa fun. It is F11 visa.

The question:

In November 2020 we got email from NVC saying all documents are accepted.NVC will work with the consulate to schedule her interview and etc. 

WHAT exactly we need to do now? How it works? Will we get a notice with the instructions? Will they notify us about interview date? Who has the same experience?

Now you just wait to be notified of an interview date. This is one of the visa categories that is banned under the Trump presidential proclamation- currently set to expire 31 March (unless Biden rescinds it earlier). There will be a backlog in this category from first the Covid shutdowns then the ban, so it will probably still be a good number of months before he gets notification of an interview.

You wait until the NVC informs you of an available date for the visa interview at the US Embassy.  With the interview letter, your daughter can schedule her medical exam.  

As SusieQQQ informed you.  The F1 category has been banned since March 2020 and is set to expire March 31, 2021.  That means a backlog of people waiting to interview.  Your daughter may not get an interview until the second half of 2021.

So, got news....I have sent letters to all sections of Nvc and consulate in Moldova, thinking that it won't hurt anyway.

Got an answer from consulate support literally saying:

Thank you for your message.

 

This is to inform you that according to the Presidential Proclamation, Consular section is unable to process and/or issue any immigrant visa until March 31, 2021, with some exceptions indicated in the Proclamation.
