Hi,

has anyone ever applied and left the US with an emergency advance parole document and then had it expire while abroad but then got their regular advance parole card get issued so when they werecoming back into the country they actually had an expired emergency advance parole but came back in on their regular advance parole card?

If your emergency advance parole expired before the regular advance parole was issued, then I'm pretty sure that's considered abandoning your AOS
