I can see all sorts of issues arising out of this, interesting times.

Definitely interesting times.  I still have not seen anyone talk about if Leahy is presiding does he get a vote.

I may not like him but his past history suggest he is a stickler for the rules so I do not particularly doubt he will not run the event according to the Senate rules.

 

It is shall we say unusual for someone who has voted to convict to be in charge, not sure I have seen that before, not even sure the Soviets did that.
