We got married april 2006 filed for aos in august. Got a phone call for an interview in boston. Said it was just routine. Told us aos should go fast. Maybe october they asked for more info and we sent it. Last week we got an e-mail stating they are sending a letter for more info. One day later we get a knock at the door at 6am 2 immigration officers there so I invited them in I asked if it was good news? I asked if they wanted to talk to my husband he said if he is here then its great news. He asked him questions and asked for do0cuments( I think b/c he was here they knew the marriage was real) plus his documents were here sio thwey knew he lived here. duh. but i9 cant blame them for checking. He said everything was fine and we should get then card soon. The letter came in the mail a few days later saying that i didnt meet income requirements huh???? I am way way above the requirements. I call uscis and they say to make infor pass to go to boston. omg what is going on with these people. I think they want blood. So now to boston and getting all my infor for past 3 years AGAIN from my work(those poor people they must hate me) and bring ity to boston to hopefully shut them up and final;ly give my husband his greencard.btw when i filed for fiance visa from file time to him here was less then 3 months. So much for continueing luck.But6 id rather have him here fast and wait for the green card then wait for him to come and get the card fast. Anybody have this problem?
