Yep, that's enough, assuming his visit was within the last 2 years. If it was more than 2 years ago, then you'll have to meet him again before you're eligible for the K-1. Best of luck to you both!

But i think 8 months is not so long relationship maybe Will ask me in the interview no ?

Yep, they probably will,  just be prepared to answer it.  By the time you get to the interview stage, you'll have known each other for over a year at that point. And plenty of K-1 applicants have known each other for about as long as you've known your fiance when they went forward with a K-1.

On an unrelated note, I visited Tunisia years ago. Had a great time, and hoping to visit again someday...

You meet the minimum to apply for the K-1 visa.

Whether you get the K-1 visa will depend on showing a bona fide relationship.  One visit for 7 days may not be enough to get a K-1 visa.  You may want to have more visits and spend more time together.

Thank you so much and can we met again while the processus ?

As much as you want. And it will help you at the interview stage if you've met more times since you submitted the application.

So we need another visit before the applying ? what is about the long of relationship does we need minimum 1 year togther to apply for k1 ?

It's the amount of time that you spend together that is important.  Whether you are are together online for 8 months or 1 year does not matter.  It's time spent face to face, not online, that matters.  More time together.  Number of visits less important.

Evidence when you file the I-129f is what is important.  The US Embassy is required to consider this evidence.

Anything you have after filing the I-129f is up to the discretion of the US Embassy to view.  They may look at it.  They may not.  It's up to them.

I suggest you put the best evidence you can into the I-129f filing because evidence after the filing may not be considered.

Hello i'm from tunisia me and my fiancé were talking for 8 months on internet hé came for 7 days we get engaged fianced and he met my parents

is that enough to apply for k1 visa ?? Help

You met one of the main requirements which is to have met your fiance at least once within 2 years. As long as you have solid proof and you both feel the timing is right, then file away!

I would file now if you are 100% sure it’s what you want. If you can I would recommend trying to spend as much physical time with each other as possible in a pandemic both for your own sanity and to help out with the interview later. But it’s not a deal breaker you can show the same thing with chat logs and video chat times if needed.

best of luck. Don’t worry too much just focus on filling out your forms properly and dont over read into them.
