VAWA case when will I get EAD

Hello,

 

I filed 130/485/131/765 and currently waiting for biometrics appointment. However, I am working on I-360 instead (VAWA). So i wonder once I file the paperwork and notify USCIS to transfer my case from 130 to 360, will that put the biometrics on hold until 360 is approved? or I will get my Biometrics appointment no matter 360 is approved or not?

 

I know 360 takes 18-22 months to be approved. If that is the case, I won't get a EAD until almost 2 years later.

combo card and I-360 are separate system. You should still go for biometrics and get your c9 card first. and put your 485 on hold so that they can work on your 360 instead. My lawyer hasnt filed I-360 yet. I haven't went for my fingerprint either.
