Good morning guyz 🙂

Please help me in my current situation. Last  February 2020,  i applied for citizenship and got my biometric schedule march27; 2020, but i got email march 26, that uscis field office closed due to COVID-19, and they said if i have scheduled biometric appointment, i dont need any thing to do.they gonna email me a new appointment.then back September i called USCIS, they said they are  6 months behind.they said they gonna send me new appointments once everything back to normal. But this january 20;2021. I emailed them about my new biometric schedule. And they reply to me:

“ USCIS system indicate that on march 6, 2020, USCIS requested that you appear at the application support center for biometric processing associated with your case.it appears that you may have missed your appointment.your case has been place back into the scheduling queue.”

I tried to find contact number of my local ASC but i cant find it.and i cant go to thier office unless i have appointments..

please help me what my next to do? Thank you in advance.🙏🙏

OP, Call the USCIS customer service line and ask to speak with a tier 2 officer. They can schedule you for another appointment and you can also explain your case. You have to find a way to get through the bots (automated service), keep trying until you get to speak with someone. Then ask to politely that you need to speak with a tier 2 officer.

Good luck.
