Like I said, I could not care less who or what is on the legal tender I use for commerce.

  I know just wondering if you had any opinion at all on that part. Like you said you only care if the bill is still worth $20. It is on paper, I guess, but other metrics don't look so good. We can leave that for a different topic though.

We could always be like the UK and change the thing so much I always have to be careful that what I'm handing over is 'legal' tender. Travelex once handed me over bills that were junk. Shopkeeper acted like I was trying to cheat them, and I had to find a foreign bank willing to change it for me.
