Yes you can scan.

Reread the instructions.   Photo of spouse not needed if they are outside the USA.

So Do I just leave that photo part blank, Sorry I couldn't locate that instructions. I'm just afraid if they will issue me RFE or something for that?

Sounds like you are filing online?  Then attach a comment to to photo spot with a note that your beneficiary is abroad.

Yes I'm filing online, So should I just put a pdf document that beneficiary is abroad?

Item 5.A.(3)  read carefully the instructions paying attention to the words inside the parentheses

remember that the i-130 is generic and used for more than just spouse's.

Yes, there are some parts where you repeat data.   Answer the questions as they are asked.

so yes, for

Names of Beneficiary's Spouses (if any)

so for a spouse visa,  you should be included there.

And then

"Information About Beneficiary's Family

Provide information about the beneficiary's spouse and children."

as the Person 1 details are different then the Spouse 1 details,

I would follow the instructions and list the spouse, and any children in Person 1 to 5 (and attach a page if there are more than 4 children).

Most of the passport  photos I’ve had taken at Walgreens were rejected by the passport office.

Walgreens does not hire professional photographers.  Its camera is inferior to the camera on my phone.

When Sears was still around I’d use their in house professional photographers.

I’ve stopped wasting  $10-$20 for an inferior service and I do it myself.

Take your own photo.  Crop  it to a 2x2 ratio making sure the face and head outline fit the requirements State and DHS have published.   Then put six of those onto a single image, 3 per row and thus 2 per column.

Then upload to Walgreens dot com and have the photo printed as a standard 4x6 there for 30 cents.

Each image  is guaranteed to be 2x2 inches after you carefully cut them out.   For the $20 you’d be wasting paying Walgreens you can buy a photo cutter.

I'm simply planning to use https://passport-photo.online/us-passport-photo where you can upload your picture and them make it to passport size photo, Would that be acceptable by USICS you think? The quality looks pretty good.

Hello VJ members,

I'm not trying to create multiple posts, So will ask all questions in same thread.

1. I'm about to file for I-130 online while spouse is abroad. I have a pending N-400 based on 5 years (Divorced on 2019), Would that be a problem for me on my N-400 interview. Do you guys recommend me to first finish my N-400 and then file I-130 for my spouse?

2. Is cover letter required for I-130 online, or is it recommended?

3. So far I have below lists of evidence, Could anyone check if I'm missing anything.

  • Marriage Certificate (Current Spouse) and Divorce certificate (Previous spouse)
  • Marriage pictures of Wedding, honeymoon.
  • Letter from my spouse's bank abroad that says I have been added to her account.
  • Hotel receipts and air tickets that has both of our names
  • Letter from 401K and life insurance from my job that has my spouse added.
  • All video call history logs from Messenger that has established that we been talking for a while.

Please provide any advice or if I'm missing anything important for I-130.

Do I need to provide my birth certificate since I'm only green card holder?

Yes I’ve used similar services and have 100 percent acceptance rates.

On the upload section, it also says ' Also, include an image of the back of the photograph with your name and A-Number written in pen or pencil.'

Is that for online upload as well?

The guides on here say your birth certificate is needed / think this way, (someone could steal your green card and use it )
