You got way more than I ever sent or was asked for.

Do not forget to have both names tied to the same address. (I was so busy trying to prove I lived there I forgot to include the drivers license of the wife)

I did not include any of the evidence from the AOS part (it stated on the form that already submitted evidence did not have to be resubmitted).
The ROC RFE I got stated what they had on file (all evidence of AOS petition) and what was missing (all evidence submitted with ROC petition).
There is no harm in sending paperwork they already have so you might as well include it.

More stuff ended up missing during the interview (and the following N400 petition). So I strongly recommend to keep an exact copy of all petitions and supporting documents you file and bring anything and everything you have ever filed with you to any interview or even bio-metric appointment.

When USCIS issued the ROC RFE did the online status update as well to show that there's a RFE?

Having a child together doesn't instantly prove something Is bone fide and not fraudulent. There's plenty of reasons people don't have children together and are able to show a more bone fide marriage.

But yeah, OP is fine.

I agree, but having a child together can put some easy when it comes to proving something is bone fide, don't you think?

It's probably the best evidence for proving a bona fide relationship. For anyone that disputes this, every lawyer I've spoken to has confirmed this, and at our AOS interview the first thing we were asked for is the birth cert of our child (we sent ultrasound pics in the application). After we handed it to him, he literally said "well this will be easy an easy one" - we were out of there in 5 minutes.

The converse is not true, however. Not having a  child together is not necessarily evidence against a bona fide relationship.

Having a child together makes it more easier from my experience. From AOS,  the IO whom interviewed us congratulate us right away because my wife was 7 month pregnant. From our ROC packet we submitted ultrasound picture of our now 2nd son and recently got approval without a interview for my spouse 10yr green card. Your list looks better than mine so your good to go. Good luck.
