Unless you live with your aunt and uncle, neither earns enough money. Do you live in the same house as they do?

Unless an annualization of your current income meets the requirements, then I would look for a new sponsor to get her here and at the same time increase your own income so that the sponsor only has to sign the nonbinding I-134 and you sign the binding I-864, if at all possible. Current income is more important than last year's income. If it is enough, you qualify alone.

sajaan,

In which case your uncle can be a Joint Sponsor and his wife can be his Household Member, giving him a Household Income of $28,000 - more than good enough for 3 people. He prepares an I-864 showing both his and his wife's financial resources and he and his wife jointly execute an I-864A.

Is she willing to do that? Anyone else in their household or otherwise dependent on them who you haven't mentioned? And are their current incomes still good?

And does this post mean that your wife is switching from pursuit of a K3 visa to an immigrant visa?
