Hello,

What are documents you sent when you applied for changing condional to permanent resident? Is it nescessary to send pictures? Did you block out the account numbers of your bank account?

I appreciate your reply.

If you can submit any documentation to show that your finances co-mingle, that's always good. I submitted our joint checking account statements and I personally chose to black out the account number (I did the same with other stuff that had account number).

As for pictures, you don't need to submit a whole lot. Send maybe 10 from different times and events during your marriage. Make it a mix of couple shots and other photos taken with family and friends.

Here's the ROC guide: https://www.visajourney.com/guides/removing-conditions-permanent-residency/

The guide lists a bunch of stuff that you can submit as proof of bonafide marriage.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Obtain IRS transcripts of joint tax returns for each year of the marriage (USCIS prefers the IRS transcripts) from IRS web page (quick and easy to download)

Provide W2 and 1099 statements during marriage, show address and joint income

Provide copies of driver's licenses or state IDs with common home addresses

Affidavits from family friends that can attest to your marriage and you live together as a couple would be helpful

None of the above is required but would be helpful in building your case.
