I mailed my ROC Jan 21, 2021 and it was delivered today Jan 23, 2021. However, i just noticed that the date i put for the credit card expiration was wrong. So am 100%  sure they will reject my petition.

Should i just send a fresh package with a corrected credit card details

OR

Should i Wait to receive the rejected petition and send it back.

Will i be able to use the same rejected I-751 again

My GC expires April  18, 2021 so i still have close to 3days.

I just mess up after taking 1 week reviewing my package.

As long as the date is not a expired date, it should still process fine. I have had a merchant account for years, and have been accepting credit cards for even longer, so am pretty versed in how the process works. Say I get a credit card from someone for a purchase ( This is without the physical card present transaction like what the lock box will process) the expiration date is 12/20, or expired last month as it is now January. I will run the card using a made up expiration date lets say 02/22, and the card will process no issue. When your card is run the account number and billing zip code, are what are " Verified" on the server, the expiration date is verified by the credit terminal locally, or on site so you don't take an expired card by mistake. As long as the date you gave them isn't expired, more than likely you will not have an issue with the card being processed. What dates did you use? as long it is an unexpired date 02/21 or later, you should be fine and may want to wait it out. Up to you, but having 2 petitions in at the same time could cause more harm then good.

Here on a K1? Need married and a Certificate in hand within a few hours? I'm here to help. Come to Vegas and I'll marry you Vegas style!!   Visa Journey members are always FREE for my services. I know the costs involved in this whole game of immigration, and if I can save you some money I will!

Then it won't even process. Unless you get someone familiar with how cards work, and they add a year to the expiration date, but a government employee knowing that is so slim, you would have had better odds winning the last mega million jackpot. Sorry for your luck, hopefully you can get it back on track quickly.

True, am also pretty sure they will send it back to. Will wait few weeks  from now if I get it back fine, otherwise I will just send a new petition again. Thanks for chipping in

There is a large backlog of cases being processed at USCIS they may not open your i751 application for 6 to 8 weeks so you may not get it back until sometime in March.

I would put together a new i751 package and file again ASAP.

If you worried  about the first one going through you can get the bank to issue a new credit card so the old one will not go through for sure.

Remember the green card holder is the petitioner and beneficiary; the USA spouse is just the spouse. Double check fee i751 + Biometrics. and the address at the USCIS webpage.

Good luck.
