Can some one please help me out with the following email .

 

 

 4. Dates of travel outside the U.S., e.g., airline tickets, passport stamps;:  :: Should I include my last departure dates from USA  or passport stamps information or  All the departure dates since I first enter  into USA as permanent residence (Green card )

Not positive, but I would expect it would be the last departure date since that is the one that is driving you to apply for the SB1.

The request is plural -- dates of travel, airline tickets, passport stamps. They want to see all your travel outside the US, to see if there is a pattern of long stays outside the US.

 

But, I have a question.  Who are you e-mailing about this?  "U.S. Visa Service Desk" does not sound like it's from a US government official source.  And, the last sentence is not written in standard English (i.e., "...revert on the same e-mail...").  Be careful giving your personal information to, and taking advice from, a non-governmental source.
