I am petioning for my wife for AOS and have an upcomimg interview. I am a US citizen. In the past I had a DUI and misdemeanor drug charges. Do I have to bring these arrest records to the interview?

There is no petitioner for AOS, the alien is the applicant.

YMMV

No, because you are not technically a party to the application.   You are simply an interested bystander.

In the letter for the interview said we can have an interpreter by phone (wife speaks only spanish). There are no specifics in the letter for the phone interpreter.  Do you know the requirements for the interpreter ( i.e family member)?
