ok, my wife's 130 got approved today, and she has not even received the 129f packet yet. what should I do now? Is there a way for her to come right away? please help

Dude,

Where is your timeline? You don't give much information to help us help you.

In short, the I-130 approval is not a visa granted. It means the next steps at NVC will begin soon. Have you read the guides to see what happens next? You are months away from a visa.

Please fill in the timeline and country information in your profile.

What "I-129F packet" are you referring to?

Got approved where, at USCIS....or interview. As pushbrk said...you are months away from any visa for your wife to come. What country is your spouse from? Some consulates process things a little faster than others...but given the limited information you've given, you're still a few months away from any visa for your wife.

:time: and :guides:

That way you'll know what your next steps are....and based upon your timeline others here can give you advice on how much longer your process may take.

Good luck!

I was wondering the same, foreign country, and filed for "N/A" does not help, as with a blank timeline. :time:http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=30229
