Need help for form I-130 Part 4 (Information about Beneficiary)

I am currently living in US and My wife is US Citizen but we live in separate cities due to work.

So, What address do I need to fill in item 11.a, 12.a and 13.a?

Currently we have put my US Physical address in item 11.a, 12.a and nothing in 13.a

Any help will be appreciated.

What visa did you use to enter the US?  Are you pursuing a spouse visa?  Or are you adjusting status since you already live in the US?

I am adjusting my status. I got F-1 in 2017 and got married to my girlfriend(now wife) who is US Citizen in 2019. Yes, I am in US too.

11a - Write current address in the US

12a - Write "SAME" if you are not planning to move to your wife's residence

13a - Write "N/A" if you no longer have any residence in your home country
