Invalid date Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Emailed

I sent I-130 applications for my mom and dad together and my dad got approved a few months ago but my mom's status on my.uscis.gov says "Invalid date Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Emailed".

The status on https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do just says "Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Emailed On July 15, 2019, we received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number IOE*********, and mailed you a receipt notice or acceptance notice. It is being processed at our E-Filed Case Processing Section location".

We are over normal processing times by a lot and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but each time I call USCIS at 800-375-5283 it says they are "experiencing high call volume and long wait times to speak with a representative" and I'm not even able to speak with a Tier 1 officer.

Could someone help? We're not sure what to do next

I think everyone’s case (regardless of case type) has the latest date as invalid date on that page on myuscis ...some kind of glitch.

There is an online form to submit for case over normal processing time. https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayONPTForm.do?entryPoint=init&sroPageType=onpt

What service center are you at?  Note that for some service centers example California the case is in fact not outside normal processing times https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

Oh ok, that's a relief.

Texas which says "8.5 Months to 10.5 Months U.S. citizen filing for a spouse, parent, or child under" -- that's very far from 11July2019 😬

Is talking to a human not an option anymore with USCIS? I called 800-375-5283 a few years ago (for my own case) and it was possible then to speak with someone. I guess I'll use the online form if that's the only option.

yup, receipt date for a case inquiry is March 2020 for Texas so you are well before that. They have such a massive backlog on so many things from Covid I think that the lines are just jammed with inquiries all the time. I’d do the form and if no luck within a couple of weeks maybe follow up with your congressperson for assistance.

I had the same issue.  when you call just say "Lost Receipt" and don't not say anything else.  you will be then be connected with a representative.  i just did that with my case today, 3/10/2021.
