Hi did Uscis started working on cases of parents of US citizens

I'm assuming you are referring to consular processing per your previous posts. If so, there is currently a ban affecting your parent's case until either Biden ends it or March 31, 2021; whichever occurs first. https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2021/01/06/2021-00039/suspension-of-entry-of-immigrants-and-nonimmigrants-who-continue-to-present-a-risk-to-the-united

Yes. This is what I was asking. My parents all paper work have been accepted but waiting for interview date since September 2020. So will have to wait till March 31. Thanks

Actually potentially much longer than that.   All ir5s that were in the queue from March 2020 to  August 2020 are ahead of you

YMMV

The presidential proclamation from Trump (that was set to expire on March 31st 2021) was revoked by Biden on February 24th 2021 as mentioned in the link below:

Correct, but note that there is still a huge backlog of cases.

Good to know. Thanks for the update. I hope will get the interview date soon.
