The spousal visa process takes 12-18 months minimum, from the US citizen spouse filing the initial I-130 petition.  In that time your husband will have up to 6 weeks of vacation time, with plenty of opportunities for multiple short visits to spend time together (e.g., 6 visits of a week each).  He should keep all the evidence (passport stamps, hotel receipts, original boarding passes from his flights to Tunisia, a few photos together and with family), to front-load with the I-130 and then side-load more at the NVC stage many months later.  Take all the evidence of time spent together, many visits, to your visa interview and hope for the best.  Your US citizen husband can also add you to his health insurance, and as a beneficiary on his bank accounts, add you as an authorized user on his credit card account, beneficiary on life insurance, will, living will, power of attorney documents, etc.  All of that evidence will be considered at the visa interview, but the more he can send with the I-130 or side-load the better.  Tunisia can be a difficult embassy but time together and some financial co-mingling can overcome that.  I visited my husband 9 times in 18 months before he finally got his CR-1 visa and immigrated to the US.  I also recommend that your US citizen husband get a Visa Journey account of his own and become more familiar with the process because he has to file the I-130 petition on your behalf.  Good luck!

Hé can't Côme and stay  lot hé is an intern in hospital hé Just has like 4 weeks /year i think we need sponsor and also maybe thé next visit his parents will Côme too to attend the ceremony do you think that while thé interview they Will ask me about the time spend togther before thé weeding and i don't Want to be denied

As you said in original post and you call him your husband, you know by Islamic law that controls laws of Tunisia,  you are married under the contract and that contract is a legally  binding marriage certificate in the US embassy in Tunis

That being said ,  you can only speak the truth at your interview which as pushbrk says will be a couple of years away/  by that time he can make several trips and spend the needed quality time with you as husband and wife

4 weeks a year is a lot of vacation time /  most get only 1 or 2 weeks

anyway,  you are now married and 2 shorter visits of 2 weeks each or 1 of 4 weeks which is a whole month will be good

your USC husband can now add you to his tax returns next year (2020 returns if you signed the contract in 2020)

He should make a post here to ask the process and get help as Tunis embassy is as hard as the Casablanca embassy we went thru

there are several things we can tell him to help him commingle fiances and aid you to have a good interview

!st of all send him a POA (that is power of attorney ) so he can start adding you to credit card and IRS tax returns . / that is the start towards a good interview

But at this time just collect the documents needed and get them translated into English to apply for the CR1

you'll be ok if you follow the guides above and front load your petition for the CR1

Go back and read all the messages from your 1st post and follow the advice from experienced VJ members about this same subject

and you can be approved

but your USC husband needs more visits and to start to commingle fiances with you

and no,  in MENA countries like ours  if only this 1 visit ,  probably not approved / you need to be together more before the interview
