Sounds like you need to evidence his SS income and current value of his investments.

Yeah I know that... I’m just confused when it comes to the part where they ask 2 months of Paystubs and W2s he doesn’t have that.. so what am i supposed to bring other then the SSA benefit letter? like from retirement income bc he doesn’t know what it will be until Feb 15th 🤷🏼‍♀️ Lol this is stressful 😂😂

Letters are generic. They can't have a letter with specific details for every single case.

If you read your letter again, you will see that it says: "Unless already submitted".

A Social Security benefit letter is specific to the recipient.

1.  Social Security benefit statement from SSA.gov

2.  Brokerage statements showing all his investments.  Statements from the last 12 months would be best.  If not, then one from a year ago and one from the last month.  This is to show that he has owned these investments for at least a year.

Ok so one 2020 and then one from January 2021 showing his total investment?

I would say if he has properties (rela estate)  and all that can support your stay here, Plus ss and other income that could have been enough for the uscis to schedule you an interview. Otherwise they could have asked for an RFE beforehand. But still you can bring proof of income from previous year and property titles to support your case.

If no joint sponsor,, what did you end up showing to prove that your husband had enough income coming from self-employment alone?
