AOS- Medical required? Any help appreciated.

Hi all!

I just checked the case status and see that a letter has been sent out for my husband and I's interview. We got married in November 2019, AOS was filed in December 2019, and now interview is scheduled for sometime soon in 2021 (haven't received the letter yet). Admittedly the past year or so has been hard (a long winding family medical crisis that's still not over!) and I haven't been paying attention to what is going on in the AOS world. I'm looking at the evidence we're required to bring, and I'm wondering about the medical exam. My husband had a medical exam in England in July 2019. All I have from that is a patient summary, list of vaccinations given at the appointment, and a list of vaccinations he has. Is he supposed to attend some other sort of medical appointment before the interview? Thanks for any help and please let me know if I've completely missed something!

The I-693 is valid for two years from the day you submitted it, so your husband won't need a new one.

Just in case, you can have a copy of it with you at the interview.

OP moved to the US with K1, so no 693.

Your foreign medical remains valid forever as long as you filed for AOS within 1 year or the date of the medical and the vaccination sheet was marked completed.

Correct. Meant DS-3025. 👍

DS-3025 is also not valid for only 2 years. The whole medical is valid forever as long AOS is FILED within 1 year.
