Hello all I just Received a NOIR in the mail for my husbands Cr-1 after being in AP for 2 years. Would appreciate any advice from others on responding and if anyone has used a lawyer for this? Or is it best just to do on my own???

You have a limited # of days to submit ACTUAL  proof showing that the reasons for the NOIR is wrong

If you have ACTUAL proof and not just statements , you can respond to the NOIR

it may be helpful  to read the following online site done by NOLO law

Many of us have had to deal with a NOIR or NOID

but even if you refile the I 130,  you have to respond to the issues brought up in the NOIR statement

Thank you for responding. They are asking me for a written statement of contradictory information from his interview. I also have evidence of 3 more visits to his country. Pictures conversation and statements from our friends and relatives. I also have proof that he is listed as my beneficiary at my job for my 401K and life insurance, and also authorized user on my credit card. I also have obtained my origin card from his country.. I'm not sure what else to send them. I hope this is enough for them.

From what it sounds like, you’re not addressing what they want. If he contradicted himself in the interview, how is the evidence of visits to his home country related?

please post pic of the letter, without your personal info. It’s key to understand the reason of the revocation before you take any steps. Read @JeanneAdil ‘s history. It’s all about addressing their concerns one by one.

The only thing I could see was the past contradictions, now there is no reason to share the details on here but you at least need to share with a Lawyer.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
