So whatever the figure was, it looks like a good percentage are back to work. I had seen numbers in the 25 million range quite a while back but really don’t know what the peak was.

Here is the "employment rate" which is not the inverse of the unemployment rate because some people may just pause looking for work or retire. 

It may give you a sense.  We are around 57% with 62 being normal.
