As far as what? The F4 category is the least important family category. Nothing will happen with it until the other, more important, categories (like spousal and minor children) get moving. Covid is still the top priority, so I would not expect anything to happen until Covid is under control. For now, anything immigration related is going to be about reversing previous Presidential Proclamations like the Muslim ban for the time being.

Who knows. The category may move soon, it may not.

All I was doing was trying to paint you a picture that the US government has bigger issues to deal with.

For example, they other categories are backlogged like never before, and Biden is trying to reverse the bans that was previously put into place. And he is also trying to stop the funding for the border wall which would free up millions (possibly billions) of dollars. And what about the 700 plus children who have been separated from their families. And DACA recipients are still in limbo. And yet there is still another migrant caravan that is headed to the US border.

You see all of those issue I just posted. And those are only issues related to immigration. I didn't even mention Covid relief, unemployment, vaccine rollout, racial tensions, and stimulus payments. One can argue those are much more important to take care of first before looking at F4 visas.
