Hi all,

 

any idea if Biden’s new immigration bill will revoke Trump’s suspension of giving immigrant visas to parents of US Citizens?

 

my dad’s status says ready for over a year and a half now.

Executive actions are rescinded by the executive branch via unilateral decision, not through the legislative process.
