NVC did not review all of the documents

NVC is usually pretty quick when it's about european applicants.

Europeans are NOT specially prioritized for NVC review.  The published timeframe for NVC review applies to all, regardless of applicant's nationality.

NVC takes the same amount of time for everyone. It doesn't matter where you are from. 

The difference is NVC to Consulate stage. Some countries have a very big backlog while others have none.

Well, I was in contact with a lot of applicants from europe & I also read a ton of experiences on immigration facebook pages and there was literally no one who waited longer than 2 weeks so there is that. At the end of the day no one actually knows how is NVC doing their job.

They went from submitting documents at NVC to DQ'ed in two weeks?
