(complicated question) Evidence of cohabitation. Should I include our address registration?

Ok so first of all I feel like I've been kind of flooding this forum past few days. I wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH for everyone who has helped me along the way. I will likely submit my I130 in the next coming days.

 

Here's the situation. Me and my wife live together in an apartment in Kyiv. But it is a private apartment. The location is fantastic and so is the price. But the downside is we have no legal registration, the owner doesn't want to do it. He is a friend of the family so we trust him not to randomly evict us. 

We put this address as our living address. Mainly because this is where we physically live.

 

HOWEVER we are officially registered in an apartment that she jointly owns with her mother. To get a Temporary Residence in Ukraine I had to have an official address registration, they call it "propiska".

 

I have that as our evidence. We have scanned and translated it all. Official Ukrainian documents stating that we are registered in the same address.

The question is...... Should I even use it? Because I don't want to confuse the consular officers. We list our Kyiv address as our main address. Because that is where we really live. If I give them an official registration to a totally different address and city (Fastiv is about 60km from Kyiv)....... Could that turn out to be a bad thing?

 

(I may be totally overthinking this. But this whole process is so wishy washy it messes with my anxiety)
