Most people aren't even getting the NOA1 this fast and knowing the case #

and your timeline says USCIS approved it and NVC got it the same day with no time in between for mailing the package from one office to the other?

i would be skeptical and think there is a mistake somewhere

They are not mailing packages from one office to another. All is transferred electronically these days.

really,  I'm from Nigeria as well.  My PD is September 27 2019 and no approval yet.  I pray the rest of your processing goes smoothly.

Ohh..sorry to hear this. Hopefully they approve it soon. It's already looking like the new administration will favor us

What’s your processing center? I filed Nov 17th 2019, and there’s still no word, btw mine is California processing center, seems they are slow in processing petitions

It looks like California's processing time is between 15-19 months and that might be because COVID is really high over there

Yea, but I think they have been processing petitions because I saw someone on this forum that got approved within 3 months of filing. It’s tiring to keep waiting without having an idea what is happening. Also, do you think the travel ban has been actually lifted? As it been signed?

3 months??? 😱😱. Wooow.

From what I heard Biden signed for the ban to be lifted. I think it has to now go to the Senate or Congress for the official approval

Yes, it took that person three months although it’s the Nebraska service center. I don’t think Executive orders pass through senate and Congress, I think it has to do with the president alone

We submitted our form i30 on January 3 2021 and was approved and sent to NVC on January 18 2021. Is it usually that fast? And has anyone here experienced such.

Case still pending at NVC though

Hello. Congratulations.. Did you upload a passport photo of your hubby? When filing
