  • text messages from my family including my wife’s name? Like my mum saying happy birthday to us, grandma asking what presents to buy us for Christmas etc (6 total)
  • messages I’ve sent to the petitioner's sister/friends? Vis versa ( 2-3 each)
  • Messages the petitioners sent about beneficiary to friends/family (2-3 each)

We don’t have any rings as of yet. We should have the petitioners by the time the interview comes around although I the beneficiary want my ring in the states, is this a “bad” look?

We technically haven’t had a proper engagement because of COVID, so we’d be doing something cute after our marriage with the ring :) and my partner will probably post about the ring “engagement” on social media (lol) will this be questionable posting about the engagement ring more than the wedding? We are planning on doing a proper/bigger wedding in the states once covid is over and both family and friends can be apart of it.

if I should include anything else let me know!

yeah   too much

you don't need the last 2 at all /they prove nothing

affidavits no

the receipts for wedding guests and brunch no

for Australia , you don't need to prove all the joint financial like mena countries do

what you need are

marriage certificate

proof of past marriages dissolved

boarding passes to show you were in same country

photos together and with family,  yes   don't need to overload these (13 is fine)

and other documents like birth certificate USCIS asks for
