I doubled checked it, at least according to those tweets from Jen Psaki, it is true. And they are planning to "strengthen public health measures around international travel" even more....somehow? No details on that yet exactly.

He terminated the 14day restriction for the UK, the Schengen Area and Brazil by January 26th. I doubt this will keep though.

According to the EO it’s because, effective January 26th, all air travelers entering the US from a foreign country have to show a negative COVID-19 test or show that they had it.

I just want my fiancée to come here.... I don't know what the point of barring I-129F and I-130 beneficiaries was. They are such a small portion of travellers, and tests have been widely available in most developed countries for months now. Plus quarantine is a thing.

Lol this is pure comedy. One guy who wont be president in 2 days says ban removed and another guy who is not sworn in says he will grant citizenship to all illegals.

I don't think direct consular filing (DCF) & consular processing is the same thing. 

At least to me, consular processing sounds like the part of the visa process that happens at the Consulate (interview, AP, visa issuance/denial).

Making it worse? Seriously? This nightmare is only happening because Trump didn't give a (removed) about COVID-19 or immigrants from the beginning. Biden now has a HUGE work to be done, and his priority definently has to be saving american lives.

It's true. The disastrous handling of the virus is the reason we're in this situation. Just banning people from certain countries without any other measures (no measures for US citizens for example) does nothing to help stop the virus, it's just a power move. If sensible measures were implemented from the beginning to stop the virus from entering and spreading within the country (Vietnam could do it and they border China), we wouldn't be in this situation with 400k dead.
