Hi everyone!

My fiancée is from Guatemala and both of her parents, a pastor and his wife living in Guatemala, have a non migrant visa that just expired, and are renewing it. their son, married to an LPR, entered last year and submitted an AOS.

They are struggling with the question of inmediate relatives in the united states, as their son already filed his AOS, now he is no longer a tourist but is not an LPR yet. (Correct me if i'm wrong, please!)

I told them to put other/I don't know as it seems to be the most adequate answer to put in the form, but what would be the best answer???

thanks in advance for your clarifications/ answers.

"Other/I don't know" is correct. If another field opens for further clarification, then "Pending adjustment of status under Section 245 of the Act" could be typed in.

Because F2A is current for all priority dqtes (and has been for I think about a year and a half now) so can file concurrently.
