Mine went from July 2021 to 11 more months. But again, I think this does not apply to the 3 year filers. They are trying to say that this new estimate is only valid for the folks who applied on the basis of 5 years of LPR. For everyone else, the estimate does not apply. Get ready for thousands of calls today, USCIS. LOL!

Indeed. I am a three year filer and I have exact same message. So I don’t believe this is a message to pay attention to.

Good afternoon everyone! I will appreciate if anyone can help with these questions.

I brought my kids to USA with visiting visa. When I was filling my adjustment of status I included thier names on the forms but couldn't file for them because of financial constraint.

Now that that I have my 10 year green card;

1.Can I file for them without my spouse. If yes

2. What forms do I need to fill

3. What are the supporting documents needed

I will appreciate if someone can help me with these questions. The kids are below age 15. Thank you.

When you file i485 for yourself

1. Was it for 2 year green card?

2. When you put your kids names on that application, there was a question, is the kid applying with you, did you say yes or no?

3. Did your kids enter the US with b1/b2 visa?

4. How far are you for applying for N400?

5. If your i485 was for 2 year green card, when you applied for i751, did you put your kids names once again on that application? And what did you answer to the question "is the kid applying with you"?

Well...

There are good and bad news

The bad news are, if you will apply for i130 for your kids as a green card holder your kids will need to leave the United States and finish the process outside of United States (even if they are not 18 or less years old)

the good news are that if you apply for I130 for your children as a US citizen then they will be forgiven for their illegal presence in America and will be able to get a green card without leaving the US

The wait time for a green card holder is about 2 years the wait time for US citizen is about 1 year forI 130 to be approved

Hope it helps

This is my own opinion, your case is very complicated, and I'm strongly recommend you to consult with a lawyer

Nothing for me, do you have a case tracker app? If so, was any change on that app as well?
