It is up to you. You can already file but remember, filling for N400 will not guarantee that your ROC will be expedited.  Either way they will have to complete your I751 first, and then they will begin your N400. Sometimes they call in for both interviews at the same day 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thank you so much I appreciate ur response when I checked the question on N400 what is A number?

Hello Everyone! If someone has been been a conditional resident since January 2019 and  permanent resident march 2021 through marriage. Got married October 2017. When do you think the person will be eligible for N400?

I will appreciate if I can get answer(s) from the house.

Thank you!

USCIS website has calculator for early filing date. https://www.uscis.gov/forms/uscis-early-filing-calculator

Enter a date you became a conditional resident and it will give you an answer on your question :) but for sure you count three years since the day you became a resident and not the date you got married.

Hey, you don't need to think, just look at your green card, (either an old one or the new one it doesn't matter) where it says "resident since" count 2 years and 9 month since that day and you'll get the date you can apply on 😃😁

Everyone else have different message than us who have bio reuse letter . I have the same message saying attend an interview. Bio reuse: 28 Feb

A little bit off topic question. Did anyone else got this weird update? I mean out anyone here who lifted conditions and have new cards on hands. My ROC was approved in July 2020. I received my new GC in August. You’d figure that they would not touch this case anymore but I received this notification and letter in my mail saying that my case for I751 was assigned to different jurisdiction. WHAT??? I wonder if they just forgot they approved it or the fact that I applied for N400 triggered something 😱 idk. Hate to think about it and wait until Monday to call.

This is an system error, since they updated their system 2 days ago, so don't worry about that, a few people on other forums (who's roc was approved) reported same issue
