My valid DV visa will expired before March 31, 2021

I got my DV visa on September 2020 ( Armenia US embassy ) but because of trump proclamation I couldn't come to US and now proclamation executive order extended to March 31, 2021 and my visa will expired on March 22, 2021. what will happen to my visa? I heard you can not extend DV visa and US embassey in Armenia not responding to my email

As above. There is a class action suit being prepared to reissue expired DV visas in case the ban is left in place, but obviously it would be better if that wasn’t needed in the first place, so watch for any reversal of the ban by Biden.
