Filing for Stepchildren

I have filed for my 3 minor step children in April.  Out of the 3, 2 of the cases are now at the NVC and 1 is still waiting for the I130 to get approved.  I have already paid the fees and completed the D260 for the 2, i just hadn't uploaded the civil documents as of yet.  My question is should  I wait for the 3rd child to be approved before doing so?  We would like for the children to all be interviewed at the same time as we don't have the money to go back and forth oversees.  When i did the paperwork, i made sure to note that i was filing for 3 children, i'm just not sure what is taking the 3rd child so long to come through.  Any suggestions?

Yes, if you want them all to interview together.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Per the covid ,  you could stall 130 at NVC stage for a year by simply not doing the AOS and ds 260

and writing once a month (i had a letter stating this from NVC)  stating you want the cases kept open

Now,  with covid,  seems a lot of things are auto extended ???????

Won't hurt to ask USCIS for an expedited processing of the last child. Use the messaging feature in your myUSCIS account to send them a message. Explain that the 2 other children have been approved and that you hope to have them processed at the NVC and interviewed at the same time.
