Can I request to expedite f2b

All of our documents r complete but our additional sponsor’s doc were “invalid” because our agent forgot to include the blank pages. All the documents are complete, only the blank back pages are missing in the i-864 We have been passing documents for 3 times and we still aren’t documentarily qualified.. can i request to expedite it if the only docs that are not accepted are the blank back pages? we have resubmitted the documents last december.. it has been rejected 2 times.
