I am filing out the i864  part 6 #20 (my current household income) since it is auto populated. I dont have to put the amount by myself. My question is does it need to match the amount on my 2019 tax return since we filed married jointly?

Unless you are self-employed, your current annual income is not connected to your tax return.  If you are not self-employed, current annual income is calculated as follows:

 

Current weekly income x 52 = current annual income

Current monthly income x 12 = current annual income

Current pay period income x number of pay periods per year = current annual income

hi to all members. I need your help about i-864 current annual ind income. I am filing my petition to my parent this January 2021. And I only work for 4 months last year 2019 month of March. My question here is should I write my annual income of 2019 or the 2020 annual income?

Here what I put for mine I am employed so I put in how much I make before tax time 26 pay period if you are currently not employed it will be 0

I need advice for ky Rfe. They gave me a deadline of 87 days to submit the documents. I received my Rfe last december 2020. When submitting my tax return to them since they were asking for my recent itr is it correct if I submit my 2019,2018,2017 tax returns? Or should I wait for my 2020 tax return?

If you wait you might exceed your 87 days.  Send your response now.

2019 as 2020 is not due till After April 15th and it will take even longer than that for IRS transcripts to be ready

Hi members! I need your advice on this.. I am filing out my current income as a sponsor for my mom. But I only work for 4 months last yr 2020 April. And still don’t have my w2 from last yr. how do I know my current income then? My Rfe deadline will be over soon and I have to send it back to the uscis ASAP. Should I wait for my w2 to arrive???? (And yes I have my spouse as my cosponsor)

At this time,  yes

if interview comes after April ,   then 2020 IRS returns will be required (take to interview)

Can I ask you about current income too? Im confused what to put in my current income since my w2 hasnt arrive yet. Can I use my 2019 current income??????
