yes i did but my green card was expired. 10 year card is approved but in mail from past 10 days. i didn't upload the notice that says i applied for condition removal.

i also uploaded marriage cert.

Maybe it is just a glitch in the system, I have seen the same RFE updates in Feb and March filers and mostly they were saying it is a glitch as the USCIS's online system had just been updated.

I chatted with Live agent and she said that on her side she doesn't see any RFE and all sees is Biometric was reused notice. As soon as i finished the chat my document upload section was updated with PDFs of Receipt and biometric reuse notice.

So hopefully it is a glitch as it was for other fillers from January. I am tiered of all the paper work.

Sharing my sadness as I wanted to submit my application today... for whatever the reason the site was EXTRA EXTRA slow. Even trying to upload last minute cover letter and additional documents resulted in 20-30 minutes. I wasted 2 hours of my day. I’ve packed it in and will try tomorrow. Feeling deflated and it hasn’t been sent yet. Don’t know whether to laugh or cry 😂😂😭😭

Let try tomorrow!

1. Yes you can apply.
2. 1 year is fine, the only ask for past three years of taxes (I also thought this too but someone corrected me on this thread)

3. non required

4. it doesn’t need to be uploaded. I don’t know why- they don’t ask for it. Simple. Just take it with you to your interview.

hope that helps! :)

Thank you, Sarah.

One more thing, can someone give me an example of cover letter? is it necessary for online application?

I legit am trying to do the same. It keeps changing every time I log out. I’ve given up and now just writing a quick cover letter. I did name each document so they know what it is.

Oh I get it now about the cover letter. I named my pdf file like BankStatement_Jan2020, Tax Returns_2020, etc.

I just wrote a basic letter stating what additional evidence I have included. To make it more clear than just listing (bank) Jan 2021 (bank) feb 2021. Plus the evidence section jumbles it all up and doesn’t stay in the correct order. Hopefully it brings focus to what I submitted 😂

My window to file is April 19th but my I-751 is stuck in the friend zone of case received, with 0 updates. We are also moving next month so I have to wait to file till we are there and I have changed the address and everything.... This is so frustrating.

By the way, my removal of conditions still has no latest update. I don't know if they will ever processed it. Oh well
