I did upload supporting documents, like last 4 years of IRS transcript,  cars insurance, life insurance, Rentals Insurance, Lease, General POA, bank and credit card statements, utilities bills, some emails and mails and our pet insurance. The evidences are the new ones since I submitted I 751 which is still pending LOl.

Actually I have a question, should we include a covering Letter and index of the documents? if yes what is in the covering letter?

So far I uploaded all the documents and each one is just labeled of what it is.

My  window will open on 24 Th. started too early but I can't wait to be done with anything related to immigration and filing applications!

Did you put all bills in one document and then uploaded or did you upload each one individually? It says to provide supporting documents form the last 3 years so wanted to group a few from each year. 😬 sorry for all the questions!

Each category I put them all in one PDF however  I didn't go back for 3 years, only starting from Jan 2020 and some a bit earlier!

I think the 3 years is for the Tax Documents.

and no worries we are here to help each other!

Can we re arrange the attached files after uploading them? or I have to delete them and then uploading them again?

Thanks,

I legit am trying to do the same. It keeps changing every time I log out. I’ve given up and now just writing a quick cover letter. I did name each document so they know what it is.

It seems like there is no option to change the order of how the files were uploaded, and yes for some reason I noticed that they  keep changing  every time I log in!

It would have been easier if they are  in the same order of the attached index!

Asking as it’s all there, I’m not complaining haha. When can you submit?

Mine opens today. But have one more document to upload. I’m hoping to submit Monday or Tuesday the latest. 😬 I think I uploaded a lot- I guess there is no limit. Hopefully it’s all good!

Hi there.

My window to file is today, April11th.

I have few questions that I appreciate for some answers or help.

1. Can I apply even if my removal of condition is not approved yet?

2. For the bank statement, is 1 yr record okay or should be three years?

3. Is the affidavit from friends and family confirming the union is needed or can it be part of the non required documents?

4. I read on the thread that passport doesn't need to be uploaded? Why?

Thanks you.

Hello Folks! Submitted my case on 4/10 and received a biometrics reuse notification. On my USCIS login it says these receipts were emailed but I never received any email. I know they have my right email address since I get their OTPs all the time 😕 My I-751 is still pending to be scheduled for an interview since like 250+ days now. Hoping they will be adjudicated together.

1. Yes you can apply.
2. 1 year is fine, the only ask for past three years of taxes (I also thought this too but someone corrected me on this thread)

3. non required

4. it doesn’t need to be uploaded. I don’t know why- they don’t ask for it. Simple. Just take it with you to your interview.

hope that helps! :)
