Did you manage to find it?

After some research, I think if you previously  didn't file an application online, so you don't have an online account number, once you submit for example the N400 you will have that number stated on your receipt and also will find it under your PROFiLE tab, which you don't have it as yet, hope this makes sense!

so for now I just answered with "I don't have one"

The online application is very easy... can't wait to submit it and get it done with once my window opens!

With the window opening up for many of us within the next few weeks... I have one (maybe silly) question: does the window close? Do we have to submit within the 90 day window or is it just open now for us to apply at any point? Or do we have to wait for the 5 year if we miss the 3 year?

You are free to file for citizenship  if you are married to USC 90 days  before your third anniversary of being a Permanent resident and onwards, or not to file if you choose to.

so your window will not close at any point of time.

Thank you! I just sent my passport to be updated as well as a name change so my marriage certificate had to go with it. It will not be returned for another 4-6 weeks. So I was panicking if the window closed. I do have copies of my marriage certificate- could I just scan that and upload it?! Haha It’s great we don’t have print everything this time round. Saves so much time.

This is actually a good question, never thought of that. I believe that you can file as early as 3 years as an option for those who are married to US citizen which is an advantage/privilege whatever. 5 years if tou want to apply for self petition naturalization

Sorry for the late reply, i just saw that you asked a question!  yes all what you have to do is scan your marriage certificate and upload it. You Passport is not one of the documents that is required to be uploaded  with the application, I would suggest to you that you go ahead with your Citizenship application while your passport is getting sorted out. Online  N400 is very easy process and what ever supporting documents you will attach.

My window opens next week so I’m planning to apply then. Do we need to upload supporting documents? It’s seems vague looking at what others have done so far.

thanks for getting back to me!

There are a few of "mandatory documents that have to be uploaded" but the extra ones can be added even after submitting the application. You can start your draft application 30 days ahead of your eligibility date. It's a very easy and self explanatory process!

thanks for getting back to me!

I did upload supporting documents, like last 4 years of IRS transcript,  cars insurance, life insurance, Rentals Insurance, Lease, General POA, bank and credit card statements, utilities bills, some emails and mails and our pet insurance. The evidences are the new ones since I submitted I 751 which is still pending LOl.

Actually I have a question, should we include a covering Letter and index of the documents? if yes what is in the covering letter?

So far I uploaded all the documents and each one is just labeled of what it is.

My  window will open on 24 Th. started too early but I can't wait to be done with anything related to immigration and filing applications!
