Filed n400 in Tampa in April, online.  Uploaded the necessary evidence as asked for on the USCIS website.  My case is straighforward in that I am married to a US citizen and therefore using the 3 year rule.

My processing time was showing as 14 months but my interview has already been scheduled for July, so only 3 months between application and interview.

Lucky. Congrats!

Is April within your 90 days of early filing or have you completed all 3 years of residency?

I filed about two weeks after my three year mark so had completed three years.  I didn’t do it when I was eligible in January within the 90 day period only because we had yet to file tax returns.

Hm, I filed in the 90 day period before we had filed our taxes. Do you think it has an impact? I figured we could upload it as unsolicited evidence once filed.

I’m not sure.  On the list of required documents for the section referring to you and your spouse, the first option stated ‘tax returns’ but the other options were more specific (certified copies of tax returns you both filed for the past 3 years or an IRS tax return transcript for the last 3 years).  I think if you’ve uploaded any of those, you should be fine as it does say ‘or’ in between each option.

I’ve attached a screenshot of the section.  Hopefully someone on the thread will be able to clarify this.

Any one here applied online for N400 in April and local office is Chicago? I received the biometric reuse letter 1 month after applying. Haven't heard anything after that. IF your local office is Chicago what stage of process are you all at?

Hello again all! I was part of this association which was a charity, community center and they had known for supporter of civil rights (which is legal and recognized by government of my country and they even had certification for teaching classes such as theater, instruments and hand craft) . And I was taking courses for theater and can't remember if I signed a paper for membership and I don't know if they put me down for some position. So I put the dates on my application  that I was actively going. Now I just had worries about what if I signed up on paper and am still member? Worried me to hell and having anxiety attack... what should I do?

Also I put the close dates that I put on i485 application

Same. Who knows where my I-751 is too. That’s a 19-21 month wait at Potomac!!

That is what we did.  We filed in February, and, later after we filed taxes,  we uploaded the transcript.  No issues, and it was not requested it at interview.

Finally done.
