Hi guys,

Could you please share your experience with online filing?

I am completing N-400 online to file based on 3-year rule (married to US citizen).

I do not understand where to upload my spouse's naturalization certificate and 'evidence about marriage' (such as leases/bank statements etc.).

Somehow, the online form only asks me for my green card, marriage certificate, children birth certificates and tax transcripts. But nothing like proof of US citizen spouse US citizenship or 'evidence about marriage'. Is it okay? Or you had the online form explicitly asking you for a proof of your spouse citizenship?

It should be under the additional evidence tab. Just continue uploading whatever requirements they are asking and it will eventually reach to the tab about spouses and other proofs. Hope this helps

Somehow, it's not there. Only ask for IRS transcripts, children birth certificates and generic "additional evidence you want to provide"

I got an update on my application—an interview scheduled in June.

On the other hand, my I-751 is still no update. I guess that is null and void after my interview for my N-400.

Congratulations, my interview is in June too.

They scheduled my I-751 and N-400 interviews one week apart. You will probably get an update about it soon.

I had the same issue, eventually I just uploaded it under unsolicited/additional evidence.

Congratulation, it also feels good when it comes that quick!

Do you have also a pending I751?

Thank you! I do not, I'm pretty sure I might have filed an I-751 in 2016 according to my timeline. It's been a while since I've even looked at my immigration papers!

Thank you so much!  I'm still in shock that it was so fast! My husband got his permanent resident status in 2013, so we are well past the 3 year mark.  We got the notification in the mail on Saturday.  I can't get into my husband's USCIS account when I'm not with him since it sends him a code by text to verify every single time and I keep forgetting to check it when we are at home.
