Hi!!

I got my green card a few months ago and im traveling to Mexico on vacations next week, when i entered USA as a K1, the officer gave me the form 1-94, Does anybody know what should I do with it?

Im wondering If I should give it to the airline staff before my departure? or just keep it.

I would really appreciate any coment about it.

Thanks!

Roll it up and smoke it, put it in a scrap book, whatever, its not necessary any more. If you really want to, give it in when you leave.

The I-94 is long expired and is no longer needed so I would just keep it....

YMMV

 Smoking it is a new one, I like to just say add it to scrap book.

An LPR dose not normally have one in their possession, normally if you go to an interview for AOS, they will sometimes take it there, if approved without interview, then it just becomes a souvenir.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.
